"You can make your life more batter and happiness by avoiding your most favorite diet." Most of physicians and your friend will say this if you want their help or want to know tips for reducing painful over weight losing systems. I know its so much painful for one and almost tough  system for you.
But no one will tell you a painless tips to reduce your fats because they didn't know the system. Don't be disappointed its not required t minus you diet to lose your fat. Just keep it running or you may add some items to your menu, but with some systematically  way. Don't take fatty or rich-food. If you avoid rich food which help to be an over weighty, you will reduce your weight up to 10lbs
- 20lbs per week. Remember that fatty food increase fat of human body.
Avoid any type of carbohydrate or carbohydrate mix soft drink. Eat more fresh water. Take a small or medium glass of fresh water before 30 minute of taking meal each time. It will reduce your hunger. 
Eat fresh fruits maximum because fruit help you to reduce extra fat of your body. Apple is the best fruit for an over weighty men/women. Avoid to take frozen fruits. It will more helpful if you take it in the formation of juice. Take Salad made of fresh vegetable and keep it every times meal.

Take maximum vegetable such as Spinach, Asparagus, Peas and mixed vegetable, If possible take two glass of vegetable juice per day.
Fish is a lord food for over weighty men/women specially that fish having OMEGA-3. Omega-3 is available on he fish of sea. Try to keep fish in you menu  4/5 days per week.
Take food 5 to 6 times per day but it mustn't heavy, keep it simple and small. Avoid food made by any restaurant. 
Be careful about remix your meal menu, don't compromise with  calories, otherwise you will sick and will not run your normal life easily.
Maximum athlete's take short food and it 5 to 7 times in a day. So you may divided your time when will take meal. I suggest you a table of taking food
At 0700 hrs take your breakfast
At 1000-1030 take a light food made of vegetable or fruits.
At 1400 hrs take Lunch.
At 1700-1730 hrs take light food or juice if you take some exercise.
At 2100 hr take diner and
Before sleep take a glass of milk.

As a weight loss workout Expert I believe that using excess amount of carbohydrates may be the reason of being fat, running or you may add some items to your menu, which has less carbohydrates may render you to being smart.

According to me, fat reducing is a very painful than weight gaining. After many tries recently I reduced four kg weight, but I was very stressful for me, and I don't know I will continue it or not. But you have presented interesting tips, I will surely follow it.

All these things are fact but today almost people have not enough time to do exercises and follow some dieting plans so, it would be better to know simple weight losing tips, which will not take our more time.
